All Classy and Fashion pieces are handmade especially for you and due to the personal nature of the jewelery all the pieces are not refundable (we do not make returns) We can refund your purchase if you simply change your mind, so we ask that you choose carefully. We will be happy to assist you should you have any questions you may have about any of our accessories. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not happy with your accessory please contact us and we work together to resolve your situation.

The return can only be made in voucher, which can be deducted within 1 year.

We do not exchange or return earrings or personalized articles with recordings.

Is not the accessory how you want it or does not it make you happy? Know that you can always trade for one very easily!

Does not suit you and you want to trade for another size? Do not like the accessory and after all liked another? No problem
The exchange is accepted and effected under the following conditions:
Product must be returned in new condition and without any signs of use Within 15 days of receipt of the order.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. The accessory must be in perfect condition, not used, clean, without scratches. Classy and Fashion reserves the right to reject an exchange if it finds that the article is not in good standing.

Unfortunately, Classy and Fashion assumes no responsibility in case of loss or damage incurred when sending the returned product.

To make a trade just follow the process:

* you should contact by putting in the description of the email (exchange or repair). In case of repair you must indicate a photograph and what is wrong with the article.

You should then print and fill out the form with:

• Order number
• Items to be repaired / exchanged • • Reason why you want to exchange

* A proof of purchase. (Ex: Online invoice)
